Refund Policy

1. No Cash Refunds
• All payments made to 33 Vital Club are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Exceptional Cases
• Refunds (if any) will be processed only in exceptional circumstances such as:
• Medical reasons (supported by valid documents)
• Service non-availability from the club’s end
• Approval is at management’s sole discretion.
3. Processing Time
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
